5 Colors of Fitness

PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN 5 COLOUR FITNESS TV SHOW SEASON 2 AIRS ON SUPERSPORT ON 31 AUGUST 2020

The 5 Colour Fitness show that launched successfully in July is ready to tackle spring with Season 2. FHA Fitness, Health and Active, a sister company of the Gresham Group, is ready for a smashing round of 5 Colour Fitness. The show will continue to air on DSTV’s SuperSport Channel 9 (CAT) Africa and Supersport 10 from 31 August 2020.

Season 2 of the show, which will air for 5 weeks, comes with a twist as 5 Colour Fitness continues to provide powerful exercise routines and showcase healthy eating options and recipes from our qualified and experienced trainers from around the country.

Executive Director for FHA, Berne van Zyl: “Season 1 was a huge hit for FHA and with it being a new initiative. Our aim is to empower all South African families with fitness and health regimes, whether it be at their local gym, or at home.  Season 2 has so much more to offer with food demos in the FHA kitchen, R5000 cash prize and 1 of 15 Defy power blender each week. We hope to keep on providing our locals with great tips to be fit, healthy and active.”

The exercises on the 5 Colour Fitness show on SuperSport will range from full body workouts and beginners’ classes to extensive muscle building and weight-loss regimes. Furthermore, the show has expanded by including a food and nutritional segment which will be a highlight for season 2. Viewers can look forward to lots of tips and advice from our trainers to be fit and eat healthy.

5 Colour Fitness will broadcast Monday to Friday at 07h00 and again at 17h00, with repeats on weekends at the same times.

FHA’s trainers are all from around the country, and season 2 will present some new faces and fresh talent, including Zinhle Masango, John Lucas, Xoliswa Nkosi, Mika Stefano, Jacqui Steinmann, Christy Ann du Plessis , Talitha van Dyk, Iker Nondlwana, Jessica Naylor, Lucky Fadzi, Lelani Loots, Monique Lopes, Farai Gomwe, Logan Coleman, Phelo Mfini, Chantel van Loggenberg, Athie Koba and our much-loved trainers from season 1, namely Victoria Sethabela, JP van der Schyff, Lucas Mthenjane, Tammy Rawstron, Anver Alexander and Angela Gresham.

The show’s special guests include SAFTA award winning artist Siv Ngesi, Rachel Kolisi, Liezel van der Westhuizen, Heinz Winkler, Jonathan Lee Boyton, Chuma Matsaluka, Season 2 features a very special guest as well, Tumelo Peele, won the FHA Hero Search competition. Tumelo entered the competition on the FHA Instagram page and won the opportunity to be featured in season 2 of the 5 Colour Fitness show.
