5 WEEK RESET WITH 5 COLOUR FITNESS

WEEK 4

Are you ready to continue your fitness journey?
Let’s do it!

---------------- FOOD 4 THOUGHT -----------------

FOOD MYTH OF THE WEEK:
MYTH: Fresh fruit and vegetables are more
healthy than frozen ones.
TRUTH: They pretty much have the same
nutritional value. So if you’re struggling with
fresh food going bad, go with the frozen option.
The food last longer and it’s just as
healthy for you.

NUTRITION challenge for the week:

Cut out processed food this week. No take outs.
No processed meats or cheeses. Processed food
may make you feel full, but they don’t give your
